Right of Withdrawal and Product Returns

The right of withdrawal is subject to the provisions of the general terms and conditions and applicable legal regulations. The right of withdrawal is governed by Article 43 of the Consumer Protection Act, which states: "In contracts concluded at a distance, the consumer has the right to notify the company within fourteen days that they are withdrawing from the contract, without having to provide a reason for their decision."

The user (buyer) has the right to notify the Seller via email at info.igrace.loni@gmail.com within fourteen (14) days from the date of receiving the ordered products that they are withdrawing from the purchase agreement, without being required to state a reason for such a decision. Returning the purchased products to the Seller within the withdrawal period shall also be considered as a withdrawal notification. The only cost incurred by the user (buyer) due to withdrawal from the purchase agreement is the cost of returning the products to the Seller.

Purchased products must be returned to the Seller at the following address: Loni, Tanja Menart trgovina na drobno po pošti ali po internetu s.p., Ljubljana, Medenska cesta 7A, 1000 Ljubljana, no later than 30 days from the date of submitting the withdrawal notification. The products must be returned to the Seller undamaged, in their original packaging, and in the same quantity as received, unless the products are destroyed, damaged, lost, or their quantity has decreased without the fault of the user (buyer). The return of received goods within 14 days of receipt, without prior written notice, shall also be considered as a withdrawal from the purchase. The products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original, intact, and unmarked packaging, along with all accompanying documentation.

A copy of the invoice must be enclosed.

For returned products, the Seller shall refund the user (buyer) the paid amount as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days from the receipt of the withdrawal notification. Any used gift vouchers, promotional codes, or other discounts will not be refunded. The refund will be processed to the user's (buyer's) personal or transaction account. Used gift vouchers will be refunded in the form of store credit.
