General Terms and Conditions

The following general terms and conditions apply to the conclusion of distance sales contracts with private individuals via the website of the business entity Loni, Tanja Menart trgovina na drobno po pošti ali po internetu s.p., Ljubljana, Medenska cesta 7A, 1000 Ljubljana, registration number 9317589000, tax number 42190169. The general terms and conditions of business are drawn up in accordance with consumer protection regulations, based on the recommendations of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Slovenia and international codes for online and electronic commerce.

The online store (hereinafter referred to as the "online store") is operated by Loni, Tanja Menart trgovina na drobno po pošti ali po internetu s.p., the provider of electronic commerce services (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller").

By purchasing a product, the user becomes a buyer. These General Terms and Conditions define the operation of the online store, the rights and obligations of visitors, users, and buyers, as well as the business relationship between the Seller and the user as a buyer of products from the online store's offer.

Availability of Information

The Seller undertakes to always provide the user with the following information:

  • Details about the identity of the Seller (company name and registered office, registration and tax number, register, and registration number);

  • Contact details that enable the user to communicate quickly and efficiently with the Seller (email address, phone number, etc.);

  • Information on the essential characteristics of the products or services offered in the online store, including any after-sales services;

  • Information on the availability of products or services offered in the online store;

  • Information on product prices;

  • The method, conditions, and costs of product delivery or service execution, including delivery timeframes;

  • Information on possible payment methods;

  • Details on the validity period of offers available in the online store;

  • Information on the period during which the user can withdraw from the contract and the conditions for withdrawal;

  • Information on possible product return methods;

  • Information on the user complaint procedure and contact details of the Seller's representative for communication with users.

Payment Methods

The Seller offers the following payment methods for purchasing products from the online store:

  • PayPal (payment via Mastercard, Visa, and other supported credit and debit cards).

  • Credit cards

  • Stripe

  • Google Pay

  • Apple Pay

Prices

All prices in the online store are listed in euros and do not include VAT, as the Seller is not a VAT payer under Article 94, Paragraph 1 of the Value Added Tax Act. All prices are product prices and do not include shipping costs (see sections 3 and 9). All prices apply only to electronic product orders in the online store. The listed prices are valid at the time of order placement and remain in effect until a new price list is issued. Product offers remain valid as long as items are in stock or available in the Lony product range. Discounts cannot be combined. Prices do not include shipping costs, which are specified in the shopping cart or the "Cart Overview" section.

We reserve the right to pricing errors in the online store. In the event of a pricing error, the buyer will be informed within 24 hours of placing the order, and any costs incurred due to the error will be refunded.

Purchase Process

Technological Means for Identifying and Correcting Errors Before Submitting an Order

Before submitting an order, the user (buyer) is provided with a graphical user interface that allows them to easily and immediately:

  • View and review the selected products added to the shopping cart;

  • View and review the price of each individual product as well as the total price for the selected quantity of each product;

  • Modify the selected quantity of each product and calculate the new total price accordingly;

  • Remove selected products from the shopping cart that they do not wish to purchase.

Before confirming the order, the user (buyer) can also:

  • Change the selected delivery method;

  • Change the selected payment method;

  • Review and confirm individual changes to the order   

Order Accepted

Products in the online store can only be ordered for delivery within the territory of the Republic of Slovenia. Orders can only be placed in the Slovenian language. The order becomes valid the moment it is submitted by the buyer.

After placing an order, the user (buyer) will receive an email notification from the Seller confirming receipt of the order, along with written contractual terms in a format that ensures their storage and future reference. Except for the right to withdraw from the contract, the user (buyer) cannot modify the content of the order once it has been submitted. The user (buyer) can always access detailed information about the status and content of each order in their profile on the Seller’s website.

If a product is out of stock, the buyer will be notified immediately after placing the order, and any incurred costs will be refunded.

Order Confirmation

Upon receiving the order, the Seller reviews it, checks the availability of the ordered products, and confirms the order. The Seller may also contact the user (buyer) via the provided phone number to verify details or ensure accurate delivery. Upon order confirmation, the Seller will notify the user (buyer) via email regarding the estimated delivery timeframe.

 

Technical Steps Leading to the Conclusion of the Sales Contract

During the purchase process, the user (buyer) can follow these technical steps:

  • Searching for a specific product in the online store’s product range;

  • Selecting a product for purchase;

  • Adding the selected product to the shopping cart;

  • Setting the quantity of the selected product in the shopping cart;

  • Reviewing the price of the selected product in the chosen quantity;

  • Selecting the method of product delivery (see also section 3);

  • Selecting the payment method (see also section 4);

  • Reviewing the order with the selected delivery method and calculated delivery costs, if applicable;

  • Acknowledging that placing the order creates a payment obligation, confirming and submitting the order, thereby completing the purchase (see also sections 6.3 and 6.4).

Goods Shipment

The Seller prepares and dispatches the ordered products within the agreed timeframe. The Seller notifies the Buyer via email about their right to withdraw from the contract, the process for exercising this right, and provides the address for submitting complaints, comments, claims, and statements.

Ordered products will be shipped upon receipt of payment.

Sales Contract

The Seller issues an invoice in written form to the Buyer who purchases a product from the online store. The sales contract is concluded in the Slovenian language. The provisions of the sales contract are governed by Slovenian law.

Order with Payment Obligation

By placing an order, the Buyer agrees to all purchase terms and commits to making the payment.

Claims and Complaints

The Seller ensures product complaints in accordance with the applicable legislation of the Republic of Slovenia.

The Buyer may file a complaint if the product does not have the characteristics explicitly guaranteed by the Seller, if the Seller has delivered the wrong product, an incorrect quantity, or if the product otherwise deviates from the Buyer's order.

The Buyer can submit a complaint via:

Upon filing a complaint, a complaint report is created. The complaint report includes a description of the products subject to the complaint and the Buyer’s observations regarding product defects. The Buyer has the right to specify in the complaint whether they wish for a product replacement, a credit note, or a refund.

The Seller will handle every complaint or grievance in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. The Buyer must notify the Seller of the complaint via email at info.igrace.loni@gmail.com and attach a copy of the original invoice to the returned goods.

Protection of Children and Persons with Limited or Revoked Legal Capacity

The Seller does not accept orders from individuals who are known or suspected to be under 18 years old or persons with limited or revoked legal capacity without the explicit consent of their legal guardians. The Seller does not provide unrestricted access to products or services that may be harmful to children.

Without explicit permission from legal guardians, the Seller will not collect personal data from individuals under 18 years old or persons with limited or revoked legal capacity, nor will such data be disclosed to third parties, except their legal representatives.

All communication directed toward individuals under 18 years old or persons with limited or revoked legal capacity will be age-appropriate and will not exploit their trust, lack of experience, or sense of loyalty.

Personal Data Protection

General Information

Loni, Tanja Menart trgovina na drobno po pošti ali po internetu s.p., Ljubljana, Medenska cesta 7A, 1000 (hereinafter: the Seller) ensures that all personal data collected during the purchase process is processed lawfully and only for the purpose of collecting such data. The Seller protects personal data from disclosure and unauthorized third-party access, ensuring that all user data remains confidential. Personal data protection is an area to which the Seller devotes special care and attention, acknowledging its sensitive nature.

Liability

While the Seller strives to provide accurate product images for items available in the online store, all images should be considered symbolic. The images do not guarantee product characteristics.

Complaints, Disputes, and Legal Compliance

The Seller adheres to the applicable consumer protection regulations. An effective complaint-handling system is in place, and a designated contact person is available to assist users (buyers) in case of any issues. Users (buyers) can seek assistance by sending an email to info.igrace.loni@gmail.com. The complaint handling process is confidential.

The Seller will confirm receipt of the complaint within five business days and inform the user (buyer) of the procedure within the following eight days. The Seller will make every effort to resolve any disputes amicably. If an amicable resolution cannot be reached, the competent court in Ljubljana shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes between the Seller and the user (buyer).

These General Terms and Conditions, as well as any disputes between the Seller and the user (buyer), shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Slovenian substantive and procedural law.

For all relationships, rights, and obligations not explicitly covered by these General Terms and Conditions, the relevant provisions of the Obligations Code, the Electronic Commerce Market Act, the Personal Data Protection Act, and the Consumer Protection Act shall apply.

Amendments to the General Terms and Conditions

The Seller reserves the right to amend and/or supplement these General Terms and Conditions in the event of changes to the regulations governing e-commerce, data protection, and other relevant areas related to the Seller’s online store operations, as well as in case of changes to the Seller’s business policies. Users will be informed of any such amendments appropriately, primarily via the website www.igraceloni.company.site.

Any amendments and/or supplements to these General Terms and Conditions shall take effect and apply upon the expiration of an eight-day period from their publication. In exceptional cases where amendments and/or supplements are necessary to align with legal requirements, they may take effect and apply within a shorter period.

These General Terms and Conditions were adopted on 03.04.2025, in Ljubljana, Slovenia.
