Product Offer, Delivery Time, and Collection

Due to the nature of online business, the product offer in the online store frequently and rapidly changes.

The Seller will deliver the ordered products to the user (buyer) within the agreed timeframe. The delivery time for in-stock products to a home address is up 30 business days from order confirmation.

When placing an order, the user can select one of the following delivery or collection methods:

• Cash on Delivery (COD): In this case, the user (buyer) covers postal costs and a commission fee for cash-on-delivery payment. Ordered products will be delivered by Pošta Slovenije, which provides reliable standard delivery. The mail carrier will deliver the package to the specified delivery address. If the user is not available at the time of delivery, a notification will be left in the mailbox, allowing the user to collect the package at the indicated post office with a personal identification document. Regular delivery costs vary depending on the destination country. The products will be delivered in appropriate packaging to ensure the confidentiality of the product’s nature. The Seller reserves the right to choose an alternative delivery service if it enables order fulfillment at a lower cost.
